We have created the perfect size charts for our customers for all items. Please measure your waist carefully, to ensure you purchase the right size. In case, you need an exchange, we accept your exchange request on unused product. Please go thorugh the exchange criteria below:
Exchange Criteria:

* Unworn
* No marks or ripple or permanent wrinkles on the latex.
* Original Packing
* Exchange can be requested within 15 days of purchase.
Exchange Process:
Exchange process will take 5- 10 working day after the receiving the Exchange package. Our quality team will inspect and process the exchange. If approved, the exchange item with the required size will be shipped to the address.
*** Please make sure to check the exchange criteria before ordering exchange. If your product doesn't meet the criteria. It will be Declined!.
Exchange Package Requirements:
Please include the following items in your Exchange package.
A) New Size:
B) Your Order Number.
C) A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL with a TRACKING NUMBER purchased from the Post Office.
>> The Shipping Label will be used to pay to the shipping courier to deliver your exchanged item.
>> Items without the Prepaid return Shipping Lable won't be shipped. Please include that in your returning package.
Please Note:
If your shipping company does not deliver your exchange package to our correct address or Your package is delivered to an incorrect address OR Your package is lost. etc..
Snatched by Nunu Online Store will not be responsible for any of those losses. The customer is responsible for all items shipped to us.
